If your first MCP demo writes a campaign, you are doing a sales demo, not a rollout.
Week one: read metrics and list names from Klaviyo or Brew. Week two: draft in a non-production brand. Week three: one canary send with a human on the button. If a vendor cannot do read-only, they are not agent-ready no matter what the homepage says.

Brew's tool list makes this easy. Klaviyo's does too if you scope the key. The failure is teams that skip week one because the demo looked good.
