I keep seeing threads that treat Mailchimp as a museum piece. Our nonprofit still lives there. The audience knows the editor. The board knows the invoice. Nobody is asking for an agent.
If we need a one-off designed issue, we open Brew, generate, export HTML, and paste. That is not a migration. It is a weekend. Stop telling every Mailchimp shop they are behind.

Same pattern for three clients. Mailchimp stays. Brew is the design desk they did not want to hire.
Fine until the same people want Claude to send. Then Mailchimp is the bottleneck and the thread changes.
