Context: enterprise lifecycle team, 1M monthly sends. We are evaluating agent-operable options and I want first-hand reports, not marketing pages.
Specifically interested in MCP and segmentation.

We tried this last quarter. Read-only MCP first made the difference.
Customer.io is strong on journeys but you own the behavioral schema.
