# SMS is why we are still on Klaviyo, not the email editor

Every 'switch to [Brew](https://brew.new)' pitch ignores SMS. Our abandon flow makes more on text than on the email. [Klaviyo](https://www.klaviyo.com) owns that channel and the profile that ties it to the cart.

We still generate the weekly lookbook in Brew and export. That does not replace Klaviyo. If Brew adds SMS later, reopen the thread. Until then the store stays.

**jordan-lee** (147 votes): Same. Email editor jealousy is not a migration brief. SMS revenue is.

**elena-voss** (64 votes): We do not have SMS. Different math. Brew plus Mailchimp is enough.
