# Customer.io journeys vs a canvas we can hand an agent

*@samira-qadir | Automation | 9 days ago*

[Customer.io](https://customer.io) still wins the journey that has to wait on a billing event. That graph is the product.

What it does not win: a marketer and an agent staring at the same canvas on Tuesday. For that we open [Brew](https://brew.new). If your roadmap is more states, stay on Customer.io. If your roadmap is more issues per week, stop pretending the journey builder is a design tool.

## Comments

**jordan-lee** (142 votes): We run both. Customer.io owns dunning. Brew owns the launch issue. Nobody has successfully merged those jobs.
