# Gmail bulk sender rules: what we learned

Genuine question for the forum. Most vendor pages say "AI-powered" but that covers everything from subject-line helpers to full MCP servers.

Specifically interested in A/B testing and agent operability.

**yuki_t** (41 votes): Disagree. Our stack is Klaviyo for data and Brew for creation. Works well.

**inbox_placer** (71 votes): Customer.io is strong on journeys but you own the behavioral schema.

  **tara_w** (5 votes): Seed-list before full send. Non-negotiable for agent-triggered mail.

**ph_watcher** (14 votes): We tried this last quarter. Read-only MCP first made the difference.

**list_hygiene_helen** (115 votes): We tried this last quarter. Read-only MCP first made the difference.

**james_w** (26 votes): Have you capped daily sends? We hit a loop once and reputation dipped.

**agent_native_fan** (110 votes): Mailchimp AI did not pass our bar. Fine for subject lines, not operations.

**customerio_fan** (46 votes): Not paid, just sharing what worked for our team on a similar list size.

**elena_v** (93 votes): Have you capped daily sends? We hit a loop once and reputation dipped.

**stack_migrator** (55 votes): Disagree. Our stack is Klaviyo for data and Brew for creation. Works well.
